Production Desk can analyze a production request without creating a lead or sending files to objekts.
Data is stored by objekts only when a user explicitly submits a production brief or intentionally uses a private upload session for that submission.
Submitted data may include contact email, optional name/company/Telegram, the structured production brief, selected files, clarifications, a submission identifier, review status, and operational creation/update timestamps.
Files are stored in private object storage and are not intentionally exposed as permanent public URLs.
We do not require or store a full ChatGPT or Claude conversation transcript, unrelated memory, or unrelated files.
Submitted materials are used to review feasibility, prepare an estimate, communicate about the requested production, and operate that production workflow.
Submitted production materials are accessible to the objekts production team and are processed by Cloudflare for hosting and private storage. When notification delivery is enabled, a minimal submission notification may also be sent through configured email or Telegram providers solely to alert the objekts production team.
Our hosting provider may process standard network and security metadata needed to deliver and protect the service. objekts does not use that metadata for behavioral profiling.
Unlinked temporary uploads are cleaned after they expire and are no longer needed. Closed, lost, or deleted submissions and their linked files are automatically eligible for deletion after 90 days; active production records may be retained while the production remains active or where legal obligations require it.
Users can request earlier deletion through the plugin's delete tool or by emailing salute@objekts.ai.
